A Chartered Building Surveyor and Engineer, Paul has a wide range of Building Regulations expertise and is a qualified Building Inspector level 2 F. Paul is fully conversant with all aspects of the building regulations and allied legislation and until recently, had an active involvement in the C.I.C. During his career, Paul has also directed an Approved Inspector and is well versed in the statutory framework and application of the Regs. Paul has a wide range of experience in complex buildings, including care homes, large scale residential, commercial, and industrial premises.
